Excellent location, variety of restaurants and shops nearby, Big shopping centre within walking distance, English-speaking staff, daily room cleaning with fresh towels.

I've been here once before, at that time it was really good.

This time it was really bad: room was very cold during the night, the water in the shower was cold (all guests were complaning), the breakfast was very poor. I never seen so big change in a hotel in just two months time.

Roxana was very helpful and accomodating, even preparing coffee and breakfast before breakfast dining hours. Excellent service!!! The restaurant food and service was very good, as well.

Shower fixture didn't work well. Also, there was a party thru the night at the bar where the sounds kept me from sleeping.

The staff. Ramona was a star! Friendly, courteous, and professional. She is the "face" of Best.

My stay at this hotel was great. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The friendly staff greeted me on arrival and made me feel at home. The high tech laundry facilities were very useful during my visit. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the modern amenities provided in the room.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was that the staff at the front desk lacked warmth and didn't offer a friendly greeting upon my arrival and departure. However, this was a minor issue and didn't detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

Reception staff not at all welcoming, this was quite offputting after a long journey. All parking areas were full due to some meeting being held in the large lounge?? Could do with a more intimate 'trattoria' style eating area with less complicated food.

We found a decent restaurant located within walking distance and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. On the plus side, the hotel had ample parking space. the attached shopping centre is also a bonus.

Despite the negative aspects, there were two good things which were free wifi and a superb location close to the shopping mall. Another thing I enjoyed was the helpfulness of the night receptionist who was always ready to assist with anything.

Spent xmas in a hotel, what a terrible experience. the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the room was full of dust and had a musty smell.
